At METRIX we ensure all our works measure up to and in many cases surpass our client’s expectation and requirements either as agreed from inception or as modified along the line of business. We do this through continual improvement of our Quality Management System. We shall sustain organizational excellence character through visionary leadership and innovative efforts.
METRIX has a Quality Management System that complies with:

  • All contractual obligations, client’s specifications and industry standards.
  • All statutory regulations and codes of practice.
  • Providing and maintaining good & clean environment and safe work place.
  • Maintaining high level of performance and professionalism by imparting training as well as providing adequate resources.
  • Continual improvement in the method of working.

We strive always to carry out cost effective and timely projects, meeting the bespoke needs of various customers and reducing liabilities to the barest minimum through out every project embarked upon.

Community

We work with a conscious consideration of local-community in mind hence, we ensure minimization of our work impact on the environment and its residents.
We give room for interaction and consultation with those who may be affected by our operation and we have a standard Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) system that funds community initiatives to show for our commitment towards the communities.

Health & Safety

Our commitment to occupational health can not be overemphasized, it is of great importance to us that we create a safe, healthy and positive working environment for all who are under our care.
It’s a priority for us to eliminate all accidents that could result in fatality and to alleviate, and ultimately eliminate, all of such accidents on our sites.
It is for this reason we make constant monthly reviews on every project through our safety team to ensure compliance with all safety policies.

Quality Policy on Zero Defects-Statement on Intent

As a way of continually ensuring quality on all fronts METRIX Nigeria aims to avoid defects in; installation and services and partnership with prospective clients. The achievement of this is highly dependent on the participation of all stakeholders working together to plan and implement the through all stages of the project.
Metrix Nigeria enables continual professional education of its project management teams and sub-contractors to ensure the needed level of expertise is matched to each particular project. To facilitate zero defects, METRIX alongside clients jointly:

  • Define the scope – Plan – Programmed
  • Review the build ability
  • Set the agree standards
  • Breed the culture of care
  • Continuous monitoring of: Procurement, Installation, Commissioning
  • Implement a De-snag to zero defects

We take environmental management is an integral part in our project management and audit systems.
METRIX NIGERIA has an in-house policy of complying to environmental rules and regulations and follow it through to avoid pollution and ensure efficient use of resources.
